Making women
feel seen!
Bliss began with a simple question: What if wellness felt accessible, welcoming, and rooted in community?
Too often, women, especially single mothers, immigrants, and those living in rural or low-income communities, are left out of conversations around holistic health. Transportation, cost, language, and stigma create barriers that keep many from receiving care they deserve.
Breaking Barriers
Bliss was born to change that. We are a community-centered nonprofit dedicated to breaking those barriers and bringing wellness directly to women who need it most.
Our trauma-informed and culturally sensitive approach means every woman is seen, valued, and cared for—without judgment.
Our vision is a Delaware where women of every background have access to peace, restoration, and tools to thrive.

She created Bliss not only as a program but as a movement that restores dignity, nurtures connection, and empowers women of all backgrounds to thrive.
